Appointment Policy

Please arrive 5–10 minutes early.
Appointments are paid in full at booking. All payments are non-refundable.
A cancellation policy is enforced on select services. HaydenFades reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee for no-shows and late cancellations. Arriving late for your scheduled time may be treated as a no-show, at the shop's discretion.
The cancellation fee only applies if the policy is violated. Show up on time, or cancel before the deadline listed on your confirmation, and no cancellation fee is charged.
Chargebacks or disputes may result in a permanent booking ban.
